As an organizer of AIGA Baltimore’s networking events, Joshua Uzzell worked to make each event more appealing to design professionals. To do this he updated each event's logo, strategic positioning and digital banner design.
For the popular roundtable discussion Converse, Uzzell decided that the original design was sound but, needed a modern touch. To achieve this he introduced a fresh color palette, and incorporated flat icons for visual context in the digital banner. Furthermore, to establish prominence within the community he repositioned the event as “Baltimore’s Open Forum for Design.”
